• Most recently filed federal tax return <br />• Year-to-date profit and loss statement <br />• Year-to-date balance sheet <br />• Sales records and/or most recent quarterly GET filing, if applicable <br />Duplication of Benefits <br />Grant funds may only be awarded for unmet storm -related needs not already covered by <br />insurance or other public or private recovery assistance. <br />Applicants must disclose all other disaster -related assistance applied for or received, <br />including but not limited to: <br />• Insurance proceeds <br />• SBA assistance <br />• FEMA assistance <br />• State assistance <br />• Nonprofit or private relief assistance <br />The County may reduce or deny an award where losses have already been compensated by <br />another source. <br />If an applicant later receives insurance or other recovery assistance for the same cost paid <br />by this grant, the applicant may be required to repay all or part of the grant. <br />
