Please return it to two way as it was prior to <br /> construction, for the following reasons: <br /> Kukuau street does not have adequate infrastructure- <br /> narrow, utility poles, residences close to roadway, no <br /> sidewalks, will create additional parking problems <br /> for residences and business in ;he area, <br /> Kukuau was not intended as a major thoroughfare. <br /> Safety- lcCt. turns into K'_lauea from Kukuau will be <br /> hazardous because of site distance speed (this is a <br /> four lane, staighLaway).
