L. N.ft.D. B.O. R. <br /> ae co thc.repair/maintainance of roadway and street lights. If this le the case then <br /> iC ie felt Chat the county can not make decisions as to parking on [hst portion of <br /> the street. <br /> The south aide of Che aCreet hna been parking even though it resirec[a the street <br /> some what (not really three lanes wide) when traffic is going both ways. As 1n all of <br /> Kona there is inadequate parking facilities to handle the tourist trade that all of <br /> Kona wants especially Sn Keauhou because of the tour boats.
