Lim of Carlsmith Ball Wichman Case and Ichiki who represents Kamehameha <br /> Investment Corporation informs us that this area is a safety hazazd. <br /> This section of Kaleiopapa Street is narrow with irregular shoulders, and parked vehicles force <br /> pedestrians visiting the historical site to use the travelway. By eliminating parked vehicles, we will <br /> improve pedestrian visibility for motorists and overall traffic safety will be improved. <br /> We request the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Ar[icle 10, Section 24-280, Schedule 28 under (f) Kona <br /> be amended by adding new item as described in the attached draft for an ordinance. <br /> A location map is attached. <br /> DONNA FAY K.
