RENE~'VARLE SOURCE OF INCOME Page 5
The Master Plan and the evolving use of the Community Center as an occasional resident mar-
ketplace both seem to indicate that HPP residents and property owners desparately need nearby, rene«•-
ablesources of income not a public park dependant on Federal intervention and increased owner assess-
ments. The Proposal of a private bird sanctuar}~ offering quiet, small archaeological investigative groups
time to research the site while at the same time housing our endangered species would not only fuel our
subdivision economy, but also expand the sources of funding available, the leverage residents would
have in participation, and a new source of global education revenues in the proposal of a websitelmailing

list of ongoing new information and discoveries. We could also become global leaders on certain housing

development issues were we to maintain our rainforest the way it is. So what if it may have to be off-

limits to just walking in off the public access areas. It'll keep the poachers, gangs, drugs and violent

crime potential (as well as the rats) to a minimum For a while longer in our elegant little subdivision.
