[(H) Plans for the reaovatloa of the plantation manager's home ahali be <br /> <br /> submitted to the Department of Laced and Natural Resources, Historic Preaervatloa <br /> <br /> Division, for review and approval is accordance with sectloa 6E-10, Hawaii Revised <br /> <br /> Statutes, prior to commencement of nay construction, alterstlon or other <br /> improvements to the plantatloa manager's house] <br /> [(I)] A detailed historic sites mitigation plan for the treatment of all significant <br /> <br /> historic sites in the project area[, except for the plantation manager's house] shall be <br /> submitted to the State Historic Preservation Division for review and approval. The plan <br /> shall consist of two sub plans: <br /> (1) an archaeological data recovery plan (scope of work) for the sites to <br /> undergo data recovery and <br /> (2) a detailed preservation plan for the sites to undergo preservation, to <br /> include buffer canes, interim preservation measures, and long range <br /> preservation concema. <br /> Verification of the approval of the plan by the State Histonc Preservation <br /> Divisron shall be submitted with the plans for subdivision or grading pemvt.
