Surrounding Land Uses/Zoning: Lands unmediately to the east, south and southwest <br /> of the azea include agricultural uses and are zoned Agricultural (A-Sa/A-40a). Lands to <br /> the north and northwest are in residential uses and zoned Single Family Residential <br /> (RS-10). <br /> <br /> iTTIL.ITiF.S AND SERVICES <br /> <br /> 26. Acceu: Access from the Hawaii Belt Road to the project site is via Loke Street (Apua <br /> Road), which has a 30.foot right-of--way with 10-foot wide pavement, approxunately 120 <br /> hneaz feet from the Hawair Belt Road. According to the Department of Public Works <br /> files, Loke Street is an abandoned State homestead road which the County does not own <br /> nor maintain. <br /> <br /> 27. Water: Parcel 124 is currently being serviced by the County's water system. According <br /> to prevrous comments, the Department Water Supply commented that the three (3) <br /> existing lots may each have water service. Water for the entire project area is limited to <br /> one 5/8-inch meter and 600 gallons per day. <br /> 28. Other Essentlal Uttlitip and Services: Essential utilities and police, fus, educational <br /> and medical servrces, are available to the project site. <br /> -5- <br /> <br />
