27 Department of Transportation-Hilo (October 18, 2000 Memo): <br /> "Not Applicable" <br /> 28 State Land Use Commission (October 23, 2000 Letter): <br /> "We have reviewed the subject application as transmitted by your letter dated <br /> September 29, 2000, to change the zoning for the subject pazcel from O and A-la to <br /> FA-2a located in I{aphoho, Puna, Hawaii. <br /> Based on our review of the subject application, we have the following comments <br /> 1) We confirm that the sublect pazcel is m the State Land Use Agricultural <br /> District <br /> 2) We also confirm that the subject pazcel was part of approximately 24 acres <br /> reclassified from the Conservation to the Agricultural District under LUC <br /> Docket No. A70-267/Vacationland Associates. <br /> 3) We recommend clazification if the Applicant consulted with the Historic <br /> Preservation Division, Department of Land and Natural Resources to verify <br /> that the property does not contain any archaeological, cultural or historic sites " <br /> <br /> 29.
