Land Ownership: Joshua K. Leo is the fee simple owner of the subject property <br /> 2 Tax Clearance: A tax cleazance from the Real Property Tax Division indicates real <br /> property taxes have been paid until December 31, 2000. <br /> APPL.ICA_NT'S RF.OLTFST <br /> 3 Request: The applicant is requesting a Family Agricultural (FA-2a) zoned designation <br /> on the subject property in order to construct a farm dwelling. The approval of this <br /> request would also bring the subject property into conformity with the majority of the <br /> Vacationland Hawaii lots which aze zoned Agricultural (A-la) and aze buildable lots <br /> 4 Supportive Information: The applicant has submitted the following in support of the <br /> request (See Exhibit A -Change of Zone Application and attachments dated <br /> September 7, 2000) <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PL.AN4 <br /> 5 SLU: Agricultural. Prior to 1971, this and several other properties within the <br /> Vacationland Hawaii Subdivision were designated Conservation. The State Land Use <br /> boundazies were designated in 1964 after the Vacationland Subdivision (1962 and <br /> 1963) was established At that time, the subject property was split between Ute State <br /> Land Use Agricultural and Conservation District as were several other lots along the <br /> northern corner of the Vacationland Hawaii II subdivision.
