Prior to that, he was a real estate <br /> agent for Brilhante Hawaii (1986-1991) and the International <br /> Vice-President of the ILWU (1971-1983). His community <br /> activities include membership to the Kalanianaole School <br /> Foundation, the Saddle Road Task Force and the Hawaii Export <br /> Nursery Association. He is a registered Democrat. <br /> If approved, Mr. Martin will serve a term to end October 16, <br /> 2001.
