The position will plan and develop policies, procedures, and <br /> programs to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and County <br /> laws and rules such as Title VII, Hawaii Fair Employment Practices Act, <br /> ADA, etc. The position will serve as the principal advisor and <br /> technical resource for the County departments and agencies on all matters <br /> pertaining to EEO/AA and ADA including the proper handling of all complaints <br /> and charges. <br /> <br />
