Justification for EquipmentNehicle Replacement: <br /> For Normal Vehicle Replacement of Fleet: <br /> Response: When vehicles such as sedans, vans, light trucks attain at <br /> least 10 years of age and acquire approximately 100,000 <br /> miles. Should the vehicles sustain major repair work due to <br /> major components failing or involved in accidents which the <br /> cost to repair exceeds more than '/Z hour of the original <br /> purchase price. <br /> For Fleavy ~frucks/Equipment Replacement of Fleet: <br /> Res~~nse: Medium to heavy vehicles such as one ton trucks and heavier <br /> should be replaced at least within 15 years of original <br /> purchase and with mileages of approximately 150,000 to <br /> 175,000 miles. <br /> <br />
