<br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> Highway Administration's equipment budget has been increased <br /> to include: <br /> 15 CY Dump Truck $100,000 <br /> Dumper 32,000 <br /> (3) 2.5 Ton Roller w/trailer 111,000 <br /> (2) 10-12 Ton Tandem Steel Roller 160,000 <br /> Front End Sweeper 210,000 <br /> Front End Loader/Backhoe Ram 150,000 <br /> Combination Mower 87,000 <br /> Total $850,000 <br /> The transfer to the Capital Projects Fund has been amended <br /> to reflect the revised fuel tax increase revenues and the <br /> inclusion of $400,000 to fund the County portion of a <br /> federal project to upgrade the Kino`ole Traffic Corridor. <br /> SOLID WASTE FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> The subsidy from the General Fund has been increased to fund <br /> the change in the recycling appropriation. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> The recycling account has been adjusted with additional <br /> funds for green waste and diversion grants. <br /> HOUSING FUND <br /> REVENUES: <br /> Revenues from departmental charges have been revised and the <br /> fund balance carryover adjusted to fund the changes in <br /> Housing's proposed expenditures. <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> Two housing specialist positions have been added to <br /> administer the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program and <br /> the agency's budget has been amended accordingly. <br /> <br />
