This allows the <br /> police department to enforce traffic regulations within the private roads after traffic regulations are <br /> codified and appropriate traffic control devices are installed. <br /> <br /> The Nanawale Community Association, Inc. (NCA) requested that the attached traffic regulations for <br /> private streets within the Nanawale Estates Subdivision be codified. The bill also includes portions of the <br /> County highways which are not presently included in the County traffic code. A location map is attached. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment as described in the <br /> attached draft for an ordinance.
