BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-253.1, schedule 1.1 (15 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: ~ Maluhia Road. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: Hapu`u Road, from Nanawale Boulevard to Maui Road. ~ Kehau Road from Nanawale Boulevard to Maui Road SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: ~ Hapu`u Road, from Maui Road to its northern terminus. ~ Kehau Road from Maui Road to its northern terminus. SECTION 4. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-266, schedule 14 (Through streets), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: ~ Hapu`u Road, except at its intersection with Nanawale Boulevard. ~ Kehau Road, except at its intersection with Nanawale Boulevard.
