The Kealakehe Police Station is located <br />approximately 1 mile north of the project area while the Kailua-Kona Fire Station is <br />located approximately 1,000 feet to the west of the project site along Palani Road. <br />26. Water: Water is available to the subject property via an existing 5/8 -inch water meter <br />located along Henry Street. Should a 1 -inch meter be required by the County, the <br />applicant has committed to provide such improvements to the water system. The <br />applicant concludes that the existing 5/8 -inch water meter is sufficient to support the <br />proposed office use. <br />27. Wastewater: Wastewater generated by the proposed office use will be accommodated <br />within the existing cesspool currently servicing the two single family dwellings. Should <br />an individual wastewater treatment system be required, the applicant has committed to <br />provide such improvements. <br />28.
