We are unable to access the funding due to <br /> insufficient personnel and expertise in this area. <br /> <br /> B. EMPLOYEES <br /> 1. List the funding source and rationale for new positions reflected in your FY98 <br /> budget. <br /> There are no new positions reflected in the Administrations FY98 budget. <br /> 2. List the funding source and rationale for positions to be deleted in FY98. <br /> None. <br /> 3. List position reallocations that are planned for in FY98 and the rationale for <br /> reallocation. <br /> Position reallocations planned for FY98: <br /> Account Clerk - SRl l to Pre Audit Clerk - SR13 <br /> Account Clerk - SRl l to Senior Account Clerk - SR13 <br /> The first Account Clerk position is responsible for complete review of the <br /> Departments entire payroll. (excess of 400 employees) This includes <br /> computation for all Workers Compensation, Leave and Attendance records, <br /> adjustments, and all other calculations relating to payroll. Position includes <br /> advising other division Account Clerks of the proper payroll procedures. <br /> The second Account Clerk position is responsible for processing of Purchase <br /> Requisitions, Invoices, Payments, and Transfers. Keeps the subsidiary ledger <br /> of expenditures by section on a daily basis, and assists in maintaining the <br /> equipment inventory. <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> <br />
