As aself-funded agency, <br /> our proposed budget intends to fund proposed expenditures. <br /> We confirm that the department has not yet completed its plan for reorganization, which <br /> must be submitted to and approved by Mayor Harry Kim prior to us proceeding with such plan. <br /> W e expect to submit this in FY 2001-2002. <br /> Your favorable consideration is appreciated. <br /> Very Truly, <br /> Janice A.
