COUNTY OF IIAW.I`: STATE OF IIAWAI`I <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> (DRAFT 2) <br /> RCS®LUTION AU~`HORIZIN(s ENE ACC~P~ANCE ®F ~ ®®NAT`I®N ®F $90 FAR <br /> <br /> THE ~~Ne~`EW~ R~,INFORES~ <br /> WHEREAS, the Kamehameha Schools' Hamakua preschool facility in Pa`auilo has donated <br /> <br /> $90 to be used for programs at the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the <br /> Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation recommends the acceptance of this <br /> <br /> donation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br /> that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter, the Council of the <br /> County of Hawaii accepts the $90. <br /> ~E Ifi FURTHER RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation be sent to Ms. Rosanna <br /> Matsuyama, Kamehameha Schools, P.O.
