Takaba, via <br /> Communication No. 24l ,dated May 29, 2001, authorizes the acceptance of a donation from the <br /> Kamehameha Schools' Hamakua preschool facility. <br /> The Kamehameha Schools' Hamakua preschool facility has graciously donated $50 to the <br /> <br /> Department of Parks ~ Recreation for the Pana`cwa Rainforest Zoo. The aforementioned <br /> donation will be used for programs at the zoo. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property. <br /> Resolution No. 90-O1, Draft 2 was referred to Your Committee via Communication No. 241.1, <br /> dated June 15, 2001, from Director of Finance William T.
