Since the funds approved by <br /> FEMA for rebuilding in that area have not yet been put to use there, the property is basically <br /> useless. Living there or selling are not options as it remains wasteland. <br /> It is my strong recommendation that areas such as this not have a $100 tax minimum...the land <br /> isnt even worth that much.
