Takaba, via <br /> Communication No. 222, dated May 11, 2001, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal <br /> <br /> year and of more than one fiscal year for amulti-year lease of a copy machine. <br /> <br /> The Office of Management, Clerical Services Center wishes to enter into afive-year lease <br /> <br /> contract for a copy machine.
