The property is located on the eastern corner of West Puainako Street <br /> and Kanoelani Street, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-4-14:42. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Land Ownership: Okutau LLC is the fee owner of the subject property, whose <br /> principals include Reef L. Tauati and Sanford K. Okura. <br /> PROPOSED REQUEST <br /> <br /> 2. Request: The applicant is requesting the change of zone in order to create atwo-lot <br /> subdivision. <br /> 3. Objective: The property will be subdivided as soon as the necessary approvals are <br /> secured and either sold or rented, contingent on current market conditions. <br /> 4. State Land Use District: Urban. <br /> 6. General Plan LUPAG Map: The LUPAG Map designation is Low Density Urban <br /> Development, which is defined as "single-family residential in character, ancillary <br /> community and public uses and convenience type commercial uses." <br /> 8. County Zoning: Single Family Residential-15,000 square feet (RS-15). <br /> 9.
