No. 106-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:10 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 106-01, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 106-01, transmitted by Council Member Dominic Yagong, via <br /> Communication No. 282, dated July 31, 2001, authorizes the leasing of County Lands for pastoral <br /> use as specified in Chapter 2, Article 19 of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> The County of Hawaii desires to offer short-term leases on former Hamakua Sugar Company <br /> lands, now under County ownership as identified in Exhibit A.
