Indirect Charges -0_ $ -0- $ _0- <br /> Grand Total $200,000 $85,714 $285,714 <br /> V, Performance Measures <br /> The Grantee (also known as "recipient" in these special conditions) agrees to report on <br /> program performance and project outcomes in such form and at such intervals as may <br /> be prescribed by the Economic Development Administration incompliance with the <br /> Government Performance and Results Act of 1993. The performance measures that <br /> presently apply to this project are enclosed (in Attachment G to this Award). <br /> EDA will advise the grantee, in writing within a reasonable period, prior to the time of <br /> submission, in the event there are any modifications in the performance measures. <br /> <br /> VI. Fidelity Bond/Employee Crime Insurance <br /> Grantee shall maintain fidelity bonding on all employees, officials, and agents who <br /> have access to funds of this award and shall maintain the bonding until the date on which <br /> Economic Development Administration closes the project. An employee crime insurance <br /> policy may be used in lieu of bonding. Prior to receipt of first draw of funds, Grantee <br /> shall provide evidence that the bond or policy is in effect. <br /> *Continued next page* <br /> <br />
