A Deputy Prosecuting Attorney will lead the unit <br /> in implementing innovative and collaborative law enforcement and prosecution <br /> efforts. <br /> 2. Can new duties be assigned to existing positions or handled in other way such as <br /> short term contracts, etc. <br /> No, existing staff will not be able to handle the additional workload to be generated <br /> by the unit's mission. <br /> <br /> 3.
