You are listed as a Project Director for the federally funded Byrne <br /> Memorial State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance Formula Grant. Enclosed you will find a <br /> copy of an award letter indicating the award amount (federal and match amounts), the project title, <br /> and the assigned planning specialist. If you are no longer the project director please call the <br /> assigned planning specialist immediately. <br /> Enclosed is a folder containing the Applicant's Manual. The folder contains the <br /> instructions, forms, and certifications you need to complete the application. Please complete and <br /> submit the application to the assigned specialist at least two (2) prior to the project start date. This <br /> will provide the necessary time it takes to review and finalize the applicaiion. <br /> For new projects, plan to start your project as soon as possible. <br /> Included in the folder is a flow chart describing the process from application to contract.
