This may be <br /> useful BEFORE the Council votes for the second time on Bill No, 62, if iT is run with equal numbers of <br /> proponents and opponents speaking. A public information forum is NOT a satisfactory substitute for <br /> giving citizens in \NesT Ha\~1aii an equal opportunity To present information---whether in support of the <br /> proposal or against the proposal---to the Council.
