It will be <br /> a lot of work ass there are numerous regulations and permits as this will <br /> be probably at least a 10-year project, as the demographics of older <br /> citizens keeps growing. <br /> Unfortunately, our Plannting Corxaanission seems to lack long-range <br /> vision and we need to revise the County General Plan, which they will <br /> soon be submitting to the County Council. Fortunately, final authority <br /> for dais Plan, which is revised every 10 years, resides with the County <br /> Council. I do not believe the Planning commission has dealt with <br /> plans and densities for senior citizens and hopefully we can solve this <br /> probleYn in the new General Plan. ®therwise, I will have to wait 10 <br /> years to get this project underway.
