It will be a lot of vrork as there are <br /> numerous regulations and permits as this will be probably at least a 10~ <br /> year project, as the demographics of older citizens keeps growing.. <br /> Unfortunately, our Planning Commission seems to lack longmrange <br /> vision and we need to revise the County General Plan, which they will <br /> soon be submitting to the County Council. 1?ortunately, final authority <br /> for this Plan, which is revised every 10 years, resides with the County <br /> Council. I do not believe the Planning commission has dealt Frith <br /> plans and densities for senior citizens and hopefully we can solve this <br /> problem in the new General Plan. Qtherwise, I will have to wait 10 <br /> years to get this project underway.
