OFFICE INFORMATION ONLY
Meeting: Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee - 02/01/2005
Action: Close file via Comm. 45 dated 12/17/2004
(Note: At the 04/02/2002 meeting of the Public Works and
Intergovernmental Relations Committee, Bill 196 was deferred because of
concerns of access to driveways of property owners. Houses should not
have been permitted if it would cause a back -up of traffic on Kuakini
Street. Property owners have had to detour to get into their homes. Bill
196 was never agendized thereafter )
Re: Bill 196; Comm. 554 (2002)
