Attached is the pending list for <br /> the PWIRC (bills, resolutions and communications) that was updated on December 6, <br /> 2004. Except for Bill 351, which Pat O'Toole, Deputy Corporation Counsel, has <br /> indicated she wants to he placed on the PWIRC agenda at a later date, I am <br /> recommending that we close file on all the other items on the pending list. <br /> Please note that Res. 227-04 (#2), which authorized purchase, will be replaced with a <br /> resolution authorizing an easement according to Stanley Iwamoto of the Finance <br /> Department.
