Hawaii Army National Guard <br /> g. Drug Enforcement Administration (lead agency for the <br /> DCE/SPA <br /> h. Civil Air Patrol <br /> <br /> G. PROJECT EVALUATION: <br /> 1. Analysis: <br /> The project director will accurately record data and oversee <br /> efforts and methods used to achieve the goals and objectives <br /> of this project. Data will be compiled monthly. <br /> The project director will also determine the success and/or <br /> failure of project operations and whether modifications are <br /> needed for optimum results. Any modifications or deviations <br /> in operating procedures utilized to achieve the goals and <br /> objectives will be recorded in order to form a basis of <br /> comparison. <br /> 2. Performance Indicators: <br /> a. The dates of eradication missions where the Hawaii Police <br /> Department is the lead agency. <br /> b. The total amount of marijuana plants eradicated, as well <br /> as volume of processed marijuana recovered. <br /> c. The dollar value of marijuana plants eradicated and <br /> processed marijuana recovered. <br /> d. The number of persons arrested for cultivation, <br /> possession, and/or distribution of marijuana. <br /> e. The type, amount, and value of assests seized. <br /> f. The number and frequency of personnel provided to other <br /> task force agencies' operations. <br /> g. The number of multi-agency training sessions, number of <br /> officers trained, and types of training received. <br /> <br />
