Matls 250 <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Emergency Medical Services System made grants of up to <br />$2,000 available to EMS personnel to conduct community injury prevention projects. The grants are funded <br />through a grant from the "Emergency Medical Services for Children" program of the federal Department of <br />Health and Human Services. <br />Mr. David Cecil, Firefighter/MICT with the Hawaii County Fire Department applied for and was awarded a <br />grant to produce videos about "Soccer Injury Prevention". Mr. Cecil and other volunteers will produce these <br />videos.
