Therefore, there is no record <br /> reflecting a change of such a motion nor is there a <br /> record of the altering of a vote." <br /> The comment that was made by the Chairman after the vote, as taken from the September <br /> 7, 2002 minutes, (which have previously been made available to us) that we have attached <br /> for your review and is what generated our July 17, 2002 records request to you, was: <br /> ~ ~b ~l'~ 6~~~1~ tf~ [ 11C1i~ ~%ll~, <br /> The Chairman, Councilman James Arakaki in his own recorded words, voted fora "motion <br /> to defer to the next meeting." <br /> This was the motion he felt he was voting for and did so and after he voted he made it clear <br /> for the record by stating, "Okay, so we are deferring this to the next meeting" and no one <br /> argued the fact or corrected him.
