<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (b) When two identical sign faces are placed back to back, so that both faces cannot <br /> <br /> be viewed from any point at the same time, and when such sign faces are part of <br /> <br /> the same sign structure and are not more than [42] 12 inches apart, the sign area <br /> shall be computed by the measurement of one of the faces. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Division 4. Sign Regulations <br /> <br /> Section 3-7. Type, number, and size of signs permissible. <br /> (a) Only signs of the type, number, and size prescribed in this article[, which <br /> <br /> conform to this article, ]will be permitted to be erected or maintained. <br /> <br /> (b) Sign type, number, and size restrictions shall be applied per lot or, if the lot is <br /> occupied by multiple businesses, per business establishment, or if a business <br /> <br /> occupies multiple adjacent lots, per business establishment. These restrictions <br /> <br /> shall be subject to the following provisions: <br /> (1) The total number of signs per lot or business shall not exceed two per <br /> <br /> adjacent [dedicated] street; and note: word taken out per Engr suggestion <br /> <br /> (2) Each of the two signs allowed per adjacent [dedicated] street shall be of a <br /> <br /> different sign type. note: word taken out per Engr suggestion <br /> Q_Only one ground sign shall be permitted per lot, even if the lot is occupied <br /> <br /> by multiple businesses.
