Note that completion of a real estate event <br /> <br /> is assumed to be the closing of the escrow on subject property <br /> <br /> following sale, at which time any sign must be removed subject to the <br /> [48] 72-hour provision] Note: initially there was thinking that <br /> <br /> mentioning the type of sign was in some way not allowed; attorneys on Oahu <br /> <br /> who have worked on these types of issues believe it is highly appropriate to <br /> specify the types of signs just as it is appropriate to designate zoning.
