S.D. 2 <br /> H.D. 1 <br /> 1 would likely outweigh the health risks for the <br /> 2 particular qualifying patient; and <br /> 3 (3) The amount of marijuana does not exceed an adequate <br /> 4 supply. <br /> 5 (b) Subsection (a) shall not apply to a qualifying patient <br /> 6 under the age of eighteen years, unless: <br /> 7 (1} The qualifying patient's physician has explained the <br /> 8 potential risks and benefits of the medical use of <br /> <br />
