NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, and <br />Sections 23-10 and 23-11 of the Hawaii County Code, that the County of Hawaii accepts the <br />real property in the attached dedication deed (Exhibit "A") and more specifically identified as <br />Tax Map Key (3)4-4-008:060 (por.), consisting of 0.007 acre, from Onno Victor Van't Hof and <br />Catherine Anne Van't Hof-Felsburg. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Onno <br />Victor Van't Hof and Catherine Anne Van't Hof-Felsburg; (2) Department of Public Works; and <br />(3) Ivan M.
