Kalopa Homestead Road Encroachment <br />at Upper Kalopa Road and Keahua Road Intersection <br />LOT 57-A-2 <br />(for Road Right -of -Way) <br />Being a Portion of Lot 57-A, <br />Being also a Portion of Lot 57, Kalopa Homesteads <br />(Grant 8307 to Joe Souza) <br />at Kalopa, Hamakua, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii <br />Beginning at a spike at the southwesterly corner of this parcel of land, at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Upper Kalopa Road and Keahua Road (Cross Road), the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br />"Kalamai" being 1,441.79 feet South and 4,602.50 feet West, and running by azimuths measured <br />clockwise from True South: <br />1. 2010 36' 39.49 feet along Upper Kalopa Road; <br />2.
