The newly constructed facility wi:l.l <br /> nct impair the character_ cr quality of any historical, arc!leological, <br /> architeci:ural, or aesthetic resource and is in complete conformance <br /> with the character of the neighborhood and community. This traffic is consister.*. with any <br /> warehousing facility to be located within the Industrial Park. ~'he <br /> plant will have approximately a total of 40 employees woriting ir, shifts <br /> during each 24 hour period on a routine and ccnsistent basis. The <br /> irradiation process does not generate any noise or odor. The minimal <br /> noise generated by the proposed warehousing activity is entirely <br /> consistent wi.h typical warehousing activiti.ES in L21e Ind::stri.al Park.. <br /> The site in questicn is presently cleared.
