PHONE NU. 8083220656 MAR. 17 2003 04: 17PM P1 <br /> TO: IIAWAII COUNTY COUNCIL <br /> RE: KAIIUA V[LLAGE SIGN COUNTY CODES <br /> The undersign petition the Council to address the following two points concerning the sign cones <br /> for Kailua Village: <br /> 1) The Kailua Village Sign code does not adequately support small businesses; particu:ady those <br /> businesses with off-street locations. <br /> The current codes severely limit the capacity of Kailua Village small businesses to <br /> promote their identities, goods or services, or activities.
