A <br />partial set, specific to each Council district was previously submitted to each Council Member. <br />We will soon be presenting the Council with an interim policy recommendation for certain cases <br />where communities want to participate in improvements to a road in limbo which abut their <br />property. <br />A comprehensive recommendation is farther away, but optimistically will be before you within <br />six months. <br />BRUCE C.
