<br />18. Land Study Bureau: The Land Study Bureau's overall master productivity rating for
<br />agricultural use of soils found within the area of the subject property is Class "1351" or a
<br />"Good" productivity rating but is poorly suited for machine tillability due to its excessive
<br />stoniness.
<br />19. Flora Resources: A formal floral survey of the project site was not conducted by the
<br />applicant. In its application, however, the applicant does note that flora within the project
<br />site consists primarily of introduced species of trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants.
<br />Some of the trees found on the project site include mango, African tulip, Norfolk pine,
<br />Coco palm, Tropical ash, Loquat, Papaya, Ficus, Brassia, Kukui nut and Common guava.
<br />Shrubs consist of Hibiscus, Tibouchina, Christmas bent', Lantana, and Bouganvillea.
<br />Herbaceous plants and weeds include A'pe, Wedelia, turfgrass, wild radish, Taraxicum,
<br />clover, broadleaf plantain, shepard's purse, common mullien, common sandbur,
<br />introduced sword fern and bermuda grass. According to the applicant, "There are no
<br />known rare, threatened, endangered or candidate species of plants present within the
<br />project site."
<br />20. Fauna Resources: A formal faunal survey of the project site was not conducted by the
<br />applicant. Within its application, however, the applicant does describe faunal resources it
<br />has identified within the project site. The applicant notes that mammals likely to be
<br />present on the project site include feral cats and dogs, mongoose, and rats. Avifauna
<br />species observed include the Common mynah, Spotted dove, Zebra dove, Northern
<br />cardinal, Japanese white -eye, Nutmeg mannikin, House finch, House sparrow, and .lava
<br />sparrow. The applicant concludes that "No State or federally listed threatened,
<br />endangered, or candidate mammal species are known to be present on the project site."
<br />The applicant also notes that "There are no known rare, threatened, endangered or
<br />candidate species of avifauna known to occur on the project site." The applicant states
<br />that the project site is reflective of urbanized areas and developed properties that have
<br />been disturbed and actively utilized over many decades.
