Department of Environmental Management: (December 17, 2002 memorandrmr) <br /> "We have reviewed the subject application and have no comments to offer." <br /> 34. Police Department: (December 27, 2002 memorandum): <br /> "Staff has reviewed this request for rezoning and feels that it will have insignificant affect <br /> on police services or traffic concerns." <br /> 35.
