All development generated runoff shall be disposed of on-site and shall not be <br />directed toward any adjacent properties. <br />A drainage study shall be prepared, and the recommended drainage system shall <br />be constructed meeting with the approval of DPW. <br />3. The applicant shall be informed that if they include drywells in the subject <br />development, an Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit may be required <br />from the Department of Health, State of Hawaii. <br />EARTHWORK <br />1. All earthwork and grading shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion and Sediment <br />Control, of the Hawaii County Code. <br />The applicant shall comply with chapter 11-55, Water Pollution Control, Hawaii <br />Administrative Rules, Department of Health, which requires an NPDES permit <br />for certain constriction activity. <br />ROADWAYS <br />I . The Homestead Road, fronting the subject property, is not a County maintained <br />road. 1t has an approximate 10 -ft. wide pavement (in fair condition), within an <br />approximate 20 -ft. wide right-of-way. It presently serves 4 structures. The <br />Subdivision Code requires that any road serving a subdivision of lots 3 acres or <br />more in size have a 20 foot pavement section in a 50 -foot wide right-of-way. <br />
