Hawaii was <br /> approved and authorized by the Executive Committee. <br /> B. Resolution supportive legislation proposed by the Narcotics Enforcement Division <br /> of the State Department of Public Safety for the rep=ulation of products containing <br /> gamma hydroxybutvrate b~ the State. <br /> This resolution was placed on the agenda for reconsideration after Hawaii County's <br /> Finance Committee favorably reported out a proposed ordinance banning gamma <br /> hydroxybutvrate. <br /> Hawaii County reported that their proposed ordinance has since been filed by the <br /> Council.
