At the request of your <br /> <br /> committee, the Association conducted a survey of all lot owners. The question asked was: Are yon in <br /> <br /> favor of a 25 mph enforceable speed limit for Fern Acres? The final vote was 421, Ycs, and 105, No. <br /> Considering this overwhelming response for the 25 mph speed limit, a favorable referral to the full <br /> Council would seem in order.
