The County Council had <br /> requested this to be done so that a consensus of all the property owners would be known. <br /> Of these 1529 surveys sent out 526 were returned. The results were 421 YES 105 NO, <br /> which is 4:1 in favor of supporting Bi11240. With this support by property owners for a <br /> safe 25-MPH speed limit we are asking the County Council to again put this bill up for <br /> consideration for passage.
