Compensation. The CONTRACTOR shall be compensated in a total amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($29e,ooo.oo including approved costs incurred and taxes, according to the Compensation and Payment Schedule set forth in Attachment 2, which is hereby made a part of this Contract. 3. In the event of a conflict between the General Conditions and the Special Provisions, the Special Provisions shall control. 6. Liquidated Damaees.
